A Case Study
We considered how groups might construct a shared “value matrix” to guide further collaboration (see the Community Futures Conversation). The problem is that what participants call “values” often includes reactions, identity signals, and strategies—not just enduring principles.
First, we identified potential participants’ behaviors (by uploading our discussions into GPT). Then we used Eye Opener app to obtain the following map (“Action Plan” mode):
