Mindset Mapping

The figures on the right illustrate mindset trends from the Family vs. Work description.

The 1st plot utilizes dialectical Mindset Metrics. The distinct asymmetry of the green area suggests that the issue lies predominantly with one parameter (“Conceptuality” ~ abstraction). Observe the pronounced distortion on the horizontal ‘Conceptuality – Perspective’ axis. This distortion, in turn, affects neighboring parameters through circular causation. Addressing this particular aspect could be a game-changer in one’s life!

The values on the axes mean the following:

  • ‘Dialecticity’ (the breadth and depth of views): Currently at 0.5, which signifies a balance between theory and practice. The ideal is 0.7, reflecting a practical approach open to various ideas.
  • ‘Mind-Matter’ (the balance between material and spiritual): Presently at 0.4, meaning equal valuation of physical and mental. The goal is 0.6, emphasizing the harmony between emotions and the material world.
  • ‘Perspective’ (the level of introception): Now at 0.6, indicating focus on close personal ties. The target is 0.5, a balance between inner desires and social connections (without compromising family bonds)
  • ‘Romanticism’ (the blend of logic and emotion): A current score of 0.4 represents a practical blend of conventional and intuitive methods. The target is 0.6, merging feelings with logical reasoning.
  • ‘Optimism’ (the positivity and hopefulness): At 0.4, there’s skepticism and hesitation about new chances. Aiming for 0.8 would mean embracing a brighter outlook to aid decision-making.
  • ‘Soulfulness’ (the emotional warmth and depth): Remains steady at 0.8, symbolizing deep compassion and solace during crises.
  • ‘Conceptuality and Abstraction’ (the balance between tangible experience and abstract thought – the weakest point in mindset): Standing at 0.2, it denotes practical wisdom from tangible experiences. The target of 0.4 involves integrating systematic thinking. However, to maintain high aspirations in the Perspective axis, one may strive for 0.6, emulating the approach of scientists and esoteric thinkers.
  • ‘Impact’ (the potential influence on audiences): Remains steady at 0.6, denoting a moderate influence.

2nd and 3rd Plots  demonstrate the necessary shift in emotional and intellectual perspectives.

  • The 2nd suggests transitioning from “analytical criticism” to “understanding.”
  • The 3rd indicates a mindset shift from K Marx and F Nietzsche’s types to W Churchill and M Aurelius types.

Together with the earlier insight on thought abstraction, these points can speed up mindset transformation
