Emotions’ Profiling & Tuning

Using the Dialectical Atlas of Feelings, identify the prevalent emotions and their optimal fine-tuning strategies. The following results were obtained using the Family vs. Work dilemma description.

FIRST, based on a given text,assign the problematic emotions on the wheels on the right. We used the Family vs. Work dilemma description. Problematic states are shown in black, desired states in blue

SECOND: Rotate the dashed-red square to pinpoint the optimal alignment for both problematic and desired states. This will reveal the most sustainable emotional combinations capable of addressing the issue over the long term.

Suggest renowned chracters that posses these combinations (e.g., Gardner, from the film “The Pursuit of Happiness”, showcases confidence and optimism as he overcomes homelessness and secures a job as a stockbroker)

Optional: Derive personal dialectic wheel based on the unique transitions between the “schematized” emotional states
